Refund policy

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email support@pawandpoise.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Packages sent without contacting us first can't be processed.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping is free and non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to ship anything back.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, grooming items that have been used can't be returned.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order.
