How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most items arrive within 3–8 business days. Some items ship from our international partner warehouse and arrive within 7–15 business days; this is noted on the product page.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some items ship from different warehouses, so an order with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to ship anything back.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists measurements for every size. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us with your pet's measurements and we'll help you choose.
